ELMS Learning Network (ELMSLN) is a drupal based approach to educational technology development. It allows for non-developers to create complex networks of drupal sites, all meeting individual scope of what that part of a course needs. It takes a sandbox-ing approach to system development in that each part of a course is a different drupal site. By doing so, it encourages users to fork from the starting point and better tailor systems to the needs of course content experts and instructional design teams.

ELMSLN is a collaboration between several Penn State colleges, Wisconsin’s Law school and the larger Drupal community.
